If you sing, you can not feel fear - do you know that?
Our brain is wired in a way that we can not feel fear when we sing. Our system cannot produce all the chemicals of fear when we give physical resonance.
As I told you, just as I sung myself into Carnegie Hall, I also sung myself out of my deepest states of fear:
a Bulgarian dark forest full of bears, a divorce with two small kids, or… even making my first video on social media in English :)
So here is how you can conquer your fear in 3 easy steps by using your voice.
Fear comes up in our everyday life, at the workplace or in family life. And we might not even notice, or, if we do, we manage to suppress it and keep our energy level high - but then it costs so much that we collapse after.
So here is my technique, 3 easy steps. You can even build it into your daily routine.
It's easy, it's fun, and you can do it in five minutes.
And the best news is: this works!

Why is it important?
Being who you are, daring to say what you want to say, being heard, having the impact you want, (so the income as well) simply enjoying your voice while you speak - this is all somehow the art of the present moment.
Being in contact with your body is the first step to this authentic living.
